REGULATIONS
PRICE
The
price is per unit, the apartment will rented complete of all the equipment,
excluded the linen (sheet, towels, table cloths, etc. ) There are no services
previewed during the lease.
RESERVATIONS
/ CANCELLATIONS
The
reservations become binding for the agency only after acceptance of the
pre-payment of 30% of the rent. Eventual banking expenses for the collection
of the rent are at cost of the customer. In case of cancellation, the
deposit could be given back, withholding expenses, only in the case in
which the apartment will be rented again.
ARRIVALS
/ DEPARTURES
In
the
case of postponed arrival or anticipated departure, the rent price will
not reduced. After 3 days from the lacked arrival, the Agency reserves
the right of rent again the apartment considering renouncer the customer.
The apartment have to be left free giving back the keys at the Agency
within 10.00 in the morning of the departure day.
BALANCE
/ KEY DELIVERY
The
balance have to be corresponded compulsorily at the arrival, at the keys
withdrawal, in the Agency. The identity cards/passports of all clients
living in our apartments have to be shown us by the arrival.
CLEANING
The
renter have to return the apartment perfectly clean in all its part, the
refrigerator have to be left switched
off and opened . If
not, the cleaning costs will
be debited.
CLAIMS
Eventual
deficiencies in the equipment have to be marked to the Agency within 24
hours from the delivery of the keys . They will not accepted posthumous
claims in the case of lacked warning . Eventual calls for the repair of
breakdowns or cloggings caused subsequently, have to be paid directly
from the renter.
DOMESTIC
ANIMALS
In
all the apartments are admitted animals ONLY after the agreement of the
Agency.
OTHER
Sublocations
and to accommodate a higher number of persons to the previewed is prohibited
. The renter is held to respect the condominium regulations.
